Details

Visit the What Were You Wearing exhibit, an installation highlighting the stories of survivors of sexual assault and violence. This is a Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) event in partnership with Rochester for Reproductive Freedom, Student Leaders Against Sexual Harassment, and the UMR Office of Student Well-being.

How to Participate or Show Support

Exhibit Clothing
  • Clothing Options:You can donate the actual clothing worn during the assault or a re-creation (e.g., from a thrift store).Prefer not to donate physically? You can upload a photo of the clothing anonymously using this form.
Instructions:
If you want your clothing returned, drop it off at Student Services. Otherwise, all donations will remain anonymous.
  • Place clothing and an optional description in a tied bag for collection.

The Intercultural Center (SLC)
Student Services (U-Square) – with UMR staff member Amelia Dillard
Written Description
Share a written account (handwritten or submitted through this form. There is no length requirement. Organizers will print or display your story as written.
